Who We Are
Dan and Donna Weston and their six children are the owners. Donna is the Visionary and CEO. She was born and raised in Emmett, Idaho and is the youngest of six children. She comes from the Garden Valley Brutsmans who helped settle there in 1950s. Her Grandfather Brutsman started the school bus company and helped build the road from Garden Valley to Silver Creek Plunge. Donna is President of the Owyhee Silver Express Drill Team for 2007.
Dan was raised on a horse ranch, has spent time in the military, and has a Master's Degree in teaching but always comes back to his first loves: family, horses, driving the equipment, and volunteer work. He is a certified EMT.
Like all ranching families, each child has a part on the ranch regardless of age. Their oldest daughter, Kristy, attends BSU, lives in Boise, but comes out to Parma to help with events. She is Vice President of the Owyhee Silver Express Drill Team for 2007. Rusty is 16 years old and is in to anything that will make money. Hailey and Chelsey are 13 and 12 and are the socialites; Dakota is 9 and likes to ride steers and be included in everything; which leaves the youngest, 6 year old Alexis, affectionately called "the boss". Her job is to watch everyone else do their job and to ride her horse.
Dan, and Donna are Lion's Club members. Mount Royal has made donations to the Parma Basketball Team, the FFA Auction, the Parma Band Booster club, the Parma Fire Dept. Auction, the Meridian Wrestling Team, and Eagle HIgh School. There are plans for fundraisers for local non-profit businesses.

Mount Royal Ranch, LLC is a state of the art, world class equestrian facility surrounded by community who shares in the love of horses. We will provide an area for humans and horses to interact in healthy and positive ways.
